Pedestrian Bridge Symbolizes Home for Gainesville Community

When driving through the City of Gainesville, Florida, residents now recognize the redesigned pedestrian bridge as a symbol of home. The city wanted to convert the old Depot Avenue Rail-Trail Pedestrian Bridge into an iconic entryway that incorporated the city’s history and vibrant present. Through innovative design and beautiful engineering, RS&H did just that, while creating a lasting symbol that resonates within each resident in Gainesville.
