RS&H Vice President of Aviation Nick Ryan, PMP, has been elected to the Airport Consultants Council (ACC) Board of Directors.
Ryan will serve a two-year term on the board beginning in 2021.
“It’s an honor to be elected by my peers to the ACC Board, and I look forward to serving with my fellow board members to advance our strategic plan initiatives,” Ryan said. “I am thankful for the opportunity to immediately contribute to help address and mitigate challenges relating to COVID-19, Human Capital and Diversity, as well as introducing more emerging leaders to the resilient Aviation industry.”
Ryan joined RS&H in 2018 and has 20 years of aviation experience, providing design, program, projects and construction management for more than $1 billion in construction at airports in 20 states. As a Vice President of Aviation, he has led the program development and construction management of several complex airport facilities.
He has previously served as chair of the ACC’s Engineering and Annual Conference Committee, as well as the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) Northeast Chapter Corporate Committee and the Aviation Lighting Committee of the Illuminating Engineering Society.
The ACC is the global trade association that represents private businesses involved in the development and operations of airports and aviation facilities. It is the only association that focuses exclusively on the business interests of firms with airport-related technical expertise.
